Process for Requesting a Refund

• To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

Refund Processing

• Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at our designated address.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
